# Roast & Rise Studio

Roast & Rise redesigns recurring work with your people and builds AI systems they can run and improve themselves.

## Make room for better work.

We redesign the work that slows your team down, from finding information to drafting replies. Then we build AI your people can run, check, and improve.

## Inside the illustrated Studio

The page’s cutaway building illustrates how the work could connect. Its four floors can be explored:

- Receive: a request arrives with the context someone needs to act.
- Remember: agreed sources give AI something reliable to work from, and people a way to check it.
- Decide: the team checks the evidence and decides what happens next.
- Build: with the routine handled, people can improve the service and try new ideas.

## A familiar job, with and without AI

Illustrative example: a client asks how onboarding works. Two matching studio illustrations show the same request. Today, someone searches for the guide, checks which version is current, and pieces together a reply. With AgentOS, the setup we build around your company knowledge and review rules, material from agreed sources accompanies a prepared draft. Your team checks the evidence, resolves anything unclear, and approves the answer before sending it. The illustrated conveyor represents the flow of information. This is an illustration, not a client result.

## How we work

We start by watching the work happen. Bring a recent example, including the awkward bits. Together we choose a useful first build and agree how to judge it before we start.

An explorable illustrated neighbourhood shows the four steps: the meeting room for Understand, the workshop for Build, the test room for Test, and the courtyard for Hand over. Choose a chapter or a numbered place to read what happens and what your team gets. The world is an illustration of the method, not a real office or a client result.

1. Understand: trace where people wait, repeat themselves, or hunt for information; agree where to start.
2. Build: make a first version with the team, using the sources and tools agreed for the job.
3. Test: check ordinary requests and awkward exceptions against agreed criteria, including when a person needs to step in.
4. Hand over: teach the owner how to run it, check the output, and make changes; leave written instructions.

### What belongs to your team

- A clear view of the work: the steps worth changing, the information they need, and the decisions that belong with people.
- AI built around your knowledge: a working system for the chosen job, connected to agreed sources.
- A way to check the answers: test examples and review rules, including when the system should stop and ask for help.
- The know-how to keep going: a teammate who can run it, written instructions, and a place to start when something needs changing.

## Who you work with

You work directly with Birgit and Sven. Birgit connects the build to the people and processes it needs to serve. Sven brings the AI strategy and builds the system.

## Start with a job you wish took less of your day

A Studio sprint makes sense when you can point to a recurring job that takes more effort than it should, the people doing it have time to help change it, you can give access to the information it needs, and someone is ready to own what we build.

In 30 minutes, we’ll look at how the job works today and whether there’s a useful first build. You don’t need a brief to start.
