Set approval and escalation rules before the first pilot. Food safety, allergens, employment actions, final purchasing, pricing, and any decision with material guest or staff impact stay under accountable human control. Log every override with its reason and outcome.
Run the brief for one location or daypart. At day 30, review forecast error, food waste, labor variance, stockouts or 86s, manager time, guest-impact signals, overrides, and data failures. Use the evidence to expand, adjust, or stop the workflow.
